The Fold floor lamp was designed in 2005 by British designer Alexander Taylor for London brand Established & Sons, part of the company’s debut collection. It reinterprets the classic floor lamp with a contemporary edge: the whole lamp is formed from folded sheet metal.
Nostalgic details like the braided red fabric cable meet modern materials and construction. The Fold design has since entered the collections of MoMA in New York and the Art Institute of Chicago.
The clean white finish and graphic silhouette suit minimalist interiors, creative studios and refined living spaces.
Condition
Used, in good condition. Minor signs of wear consistent with age (see photos).
Ideal for
Living rooms, reading corners, studios and design-led workspaces.
