We offer a curated selection of high-end, pre-loved furniture available for hire. Our pieces are well suited to photo and video shoots, exhibitions, and temporary installations where quality and design matter.
Hire Rates
Hire pricing is based on the item’s listed selling price and the length of hire:
- Up to 3 days: 25% of selling price
- Up to 1 week: 30% of selling price
- Up to 2 weeks: 35% of selling price
Longer hire periods can be arranged on request.
Payment, Deposit & Returns
Payment is required in full before collection or delivery. This includes a non-refundable hire fee based on the timeframe above and a refundable security deposit equal to the remaining value of the item. Once the item is returned in the same condition it was supplied, the refundable portion will be returned.
Example:
If an item has a listed selling price of $2,000 and the 3-day hire rate is 25%, the hire fee is $500. The remaining $1,500 is held as a refundable security deposit and returned once the item is received back in the same condition it was supplied.
Any damage, loss, excessive wear, required repair, or missing parts may result in repair or replacement costs being deducted from the refundable security deposit. By proceeding with a hire, you agree to our Hire Terms.
Collection & Delivery
Items are available for collection by appointment from our Coburg, VIC warehouse. Delivery and return can be arranged for an additional fee, depending on size, quantity, and location.
